I'm having some trouble viewing this, there's large animatic black boxes around every moving part.... Β I'm using Safari though. Was this meant to be viewed through a different browser?

The problem may be with the flash player. There are pdf's in the animation itself (because my animation program can't convert pdf's to vectors in-program. I might pay for a better animation program soon.), so your flash player might be acting screwy because of that.
I believe it works fine on Chrome, though! I haven't tried looking at it on my Mac partition, so it may be a Mac problem, in which case... You may have to wait for me to find a better program to potentially redo this on.
tldr; Try Chrome. If it doesn't work, and you're on a Mac, it may be a Mac Flash player problem.

Hahaha! It's well-deserved praise, bud! There's a lot of tickle animation with no effort in the connections. Yours is awesome because you treat the tickling like you would in real life, playing the victim's bare feet like a ticklish instrument. The keys are a believable tickling motion, a well-drawn foot and a little variety in the ticklee's face. You have all three!

I saw this earlier and forgot to comment! That's awesome, man! Love the design of the room and the details on the tomb...bed. And I love, love how you synced the movements of the bird's claw with Pip's reactions. The bird guy's smug little smile is too adorable.
