Wow, nice use of Apophysis (I still don't get it, how do you create those images?). These sharp edges looks cool. Looks like pieces of broken glass. But maybe in Negative it will be better? Those black flares should turn to white and look like some light source reflection.

Well, I make the images by browsing randomly generated flames. Then when I find one I like I run a script to get specific effects (Spiralize for this one). Afterwards, Gradient and gamma/zoom alterations and then the post-work in Photoshop.
And on your comment, yea that would be nice. I should pick up more B/W gradients.
