I recently just got Andromeda (I know, old game already ) I was so wondering why many of the references are old or some info incorrect about the Milky Way and Shepard and whatnot and this beautifuly explained it. Thank you so much. Luckily the reapers didn't consider coming to Andromeda!

Yes, this graphic was based on the promo info in 2016 before the game was released and we learned about the 5th ark.

Oh. Also, out of curiosity, why was the dust form eezo incident left out (the event that gave humans biotics)?

Mostly just added things having to do with how Andromeda developed and relation to Shepard's story.

What is the evidence that the andromeda arks and the nexus left the milky way prior to the conclusion of the reaper invasion? Considering that in the milky way, all spacefaring ships relied on the relays for intergalactic traffic, how is it that the ARKS and the TEMPEST with the ODSY drive is capable of traveling without the use of mass effect relays, while ships built in the same time for military use and afterword relied on the relays during the invasion?

Evidence is unlocked in the Andromeda game itself. Don't want to say more cuz of spoilers.
The Andromeda website and orientation videos also shed some light on how travel was achieved. In addition, the Tempest is only traveling within a single cluster rather than between clusters which required mass relays like back home.

Ok, if the Arks left for Andromeda just months after Shepherd's resurrection, then how the hell does Alec Ryder have a model for the SR-2 (A Cerberus made ship at that, not an Alliance ship), which likely hadn't been or only just been deployed. Especially as it would've been a top secret Cerberus project. Does this mean Alec Ryder was Cerberus or should it actually be the SR-1.

The Arks left after the conclusion of Mass Effect 2 and before Arrival. It's likely Shepherd would have already turned over the SR2 to Alliance control. In either case, more than anything it was probably included in Andromeda for its recognition by ME fans.

it actually took the arks 634 years exactly to reach the Andromeda galaxy

Yes, when the chart was created last year, this was not known by anyone yet. The charts eventually get updated after Bioware releases info.

Pretty smart move on BW's part, making the Andromeda story independant from that of the "Shepard trilogy". I'm still skeptical about the game itself, but at least, they seem to put as much effort into the lore as they did before, and that's definitely a plus in my book.
Thank you for making this and sharing it with the community.

Can you elaborate more on 2386? Am I missing something?

If Shepard fails to stop the Reapers, either by failing in ME2 or refusing to make the three choices at the end of ME3, then roughly two hundred years later in 2386 is when it's estimated the Reapers would finish wiping out all the advanced civilizations in the Milky Way

2186 was the year when Mass Effect 2: Arrival, a ME2 postgame DLC, took place. Admiral Hackett sends shepard to the Alpha Relay, an Alliance research project in batarian space which has disturbing news about the Reapers' newest efforts to invade the Milky Way.

I can try. Though I wouldn't be able to finish it quickly, as I have a lot of work to finish this month.
