Description My next project (after The Reason For Dragons) has been announced!
SIX GUN GORILLA! written by Si Spurrier, illustrated by Jeff Stokely (me), and published by BOOM! Studios

The first issue should be out in June. We're all looking forward to this project immensely. I can honestly say that I haven't worked on such a crazy book!! I mean that in the best way possible. Heads will explode, horses will be thrown, and just in the first issue! That Mr. Spurrier can write the hell out of a post apocalyptic sci-fi acid western.

Jeff was BOOM!'s discovery. He's done some very awesome stuff for Archaia, but it was his self-published contemporary stuff that really caught my eye. I'm not kidding -- this guy's going to be huge. He's got that James Harren/Guy Davis thing going on, the ability to distort and exaggerate without losing any impact or gravity. He can do funny, he can do tragic, he can do extraordinary action -- and he'll need them all for 6GG."
