T2: Judgment Day I think is by far the best one of the entire franchise. It had the most solid of all the plots and had grade A acting all throughout.
That being said... I rather enjoyed Terminator: Salvation. It was well directed and had just the right amount of special effects without being as cheesy as T3 (which to date I think is the worst?)
I'm very much looking forward to the latest to see how well they do it.
