Urm how powerful is Vaders force push and force grip?
Megatron would probably have trouble if Vader started moving quick beingh such a small target. so would have to use wide beam shots to try and clip him, so could move in.
so depends can Vader literally telekinetically box with Megatron, in the old series or movies vader was a lot less powerful, it too effort to throw heavy machines around.
boils down to Megatron firestorming the whole area, or vader gettin in close and hacking in.
given the relative size... vader (unless he has shatter point) would take long time.
