Jei and Ain took onto themselves to help trying to track down the Oogie Boogie who had been scaring the nearby villagers. This tokota was known to be a trickster and even sometimes a little violent, so it was causing a lot of distress to everyone. After a while of going around int heir Halloween attire, Ain got a scent of the dire male.
She started to confidently trot forward deeper into a forest that got creepier and creepier by the second.
Jei was not easily scared, but even she felt the chills down her spines and nightmare-like possibilities started to run in her mind. What it the Oogie was just toying with them, trying to get them to follow him and then attacking when least expected?
What if they did find him, but the poor fellow would be surrounded by shady people?
What if, even worse, Oogie Boogie would be sick or even worse, dead?
All these horrible scenarios went trough Jeis mind when Ain suddenly stopped like facing a wall.
There he was, the dreadful Oogie Boogie. But... he was carrying something glowing? Had he stolen something again?
Wait-... could he be trying to go trick or treating? The slightly shining plastic pumpkin basket was dangling in the huge dires mouth and he looked proud as ever. Maybe everyone had just misjudged this poor fella. Just maybe he felt a little lonely, while trying to just join everyone on the friendly and harmless trick or treating?
