Description you need winrar for opening this packed file.

it contains the texture and material file.

put all the stuff in my_objects -folder

THIS IS NOT A NEW ITEM
its simply just making you able to re-texture the rock-meshes by writing in the texture field "rockMat7" :>

Texture is from the game, so i didn't even make it myself XD
(its from the terrains XDDD)

How do you make the material file?

Sorry, it's honestly been so long since I did this that I do not really remember(3 years lol). Let me try this tho!

It had something to do with copying the terrain-texture you want to use, and placing it into the objects-folder.
Then copy a material file that has already been made, for example "rock.material" (or something like that).
Re-name the material file into for example "dark_rock.material".
Open the new material-file that you just re-names in notepad.
Find the image-file-name from that notepad file and replace it with the image file-name that you want to use for it. (the terrain texture file)
Find the part where it says something like "rockMat1" or something and replace it with something like "darkrockMat" (replace = just type instead).
Save the notepad file.
When in object editor, go to the tab with the materials and type in the thing you chose for the material, for example I chose "darkrockMat".
If you did everything correctly, it should now use the dark terrain rock texture that you chose and you can also use it as a texture for any other object. c:

Sorry for offtopic, but how you put two rocks together? When I'm trying to put more than one objects, one is replaced by another.

Okay so first you have to know the name of the basic base of the object you are using. Those things are called meshes.
The mesh names can be found when you select an object and then take a look at the 'second page' of the object maker, there you can see the field whe reads mesh. The basic rock that you have already in object maker and in the game has 2 meshes, which means that it already has 2 parts in it.

When you want to make changes to that basic rock there is, you must save it with another name. That you do by just basicly writing a new name to your creation like "rock 2". Then i must recommend you to create new goup for the objects you have edited yourself by writing a new groub name under the creations name. A name like "my edits" does just fine!

If you wand to create something like a rock path, which does not need compleatly new meshes, but can be created from feral-hearts already existing meshes here is what you do:
1. Name your project, a name like "rock path" is great
2. Go to the secong page of the object creator and write down to the mesh part "rock.mesh" then click 'add new' button down below.
3. Use the different placement codes in the third page to adjust the place of the rock where you wantit to be. Id put first rock in the center, which means that i wouldnt move it from the spot where it appears. Since we want this to be a path it just rotate it a bit and sink into ground to make it look like a stepping stone.
4. Select the rock you were working on just now and then Click "clone" from the buttons in the second page, now when you click it, it appears that nothing hapened, but after clicking it go to the third pages placement codes section and move the rock and you will see that there is indeed 2 rocks instead of just one.
5. Add as many rocks as you want and in places that you want them to be.
6. Right now if you test your rocks, you will run right trough em like they were ghosts. To change that you can use 2 options. 1 is to use the meshes own shape and to click the small lil spot which says "own collision". This opinion is great for simple shapes like these rocks or to some barrels or stuff like that, but not good for more complicated things like trees or bushes, cause they cause the game easily to lag when you use that opinion. For trees and such you should use the "yellow boxes" which you put in there yourself!

I might do a tutorial about all this stuf, but before that i want to give you a nice hint! In youtube there are great videos showing you how to do feral-heart stuff, from presets to maps and editing objects. what you can not find from the web, you must learn yourself like i did! Simply by experimenting stuff! Dont worry you wont break anything and if you find out that you messed up with some of the game files so it wont work, just simply re-instal the game and it will work again! remember to always save the map and preset files that you like to use in the future also, cause if you dont they will disappear with the game as you delete and re-instal it!
