Well, we made ricotta cheese but I was at an event for a college that's like literally right across the street from the CTE center (the place I go to for my culinary class) and there was some left over cheese. I love cheese as much as the next guy, but I have to say I did eat a little more than I should have (Im not implying that I was constipated).I own my persona
