YIKES!!!! that deviation gives me the creeps! it's very good - BUT - it reminds me of a recurring nightmare i had as a child - where i envisioned endless white except there was a pole sticking out of the floor with a rubber band attached to it and i was trapped inside the rubber band as it would pull and swing me around in this warped infinity and it made me sick to my stomach like i was sea sick or something... but it was knowing that this was my whole existence that made me frightened.. i mean terrified!!

although the picture is obviously different in that there is a staircase... there is something in it that captures that memory and touches that fear...

interesting and weird...

hehe - thank you

ooo in fact i failed at attempting to write about that nightmare: [link]

I can relate....

...I did this one 10 years ago....1998....

[link]

I had a reoccurring dream of my teeth falling out.... the symbol of teeth is 'fear' the only true way we can survive in our core being.

Our teeth... our only (my only way to be self-interdependent with self and Dream World aka My Either and More than is me that I/we are connected to )
besides air... that is.... we too can survive off of air if we make it into that level...

Though I do appreciate food. Yes.

Yet I did not know that I was creating a Mandala at the time...

Later I found the secret wisdom of the Psychology of Mandalla makings.... that a psychologist assisted in healing children with autism by creating the "Sacred Space" and then mending their own internal dreams within their makings.

I did not have this reoccurring nightmare after this.

It did evolve later into a new dream 10 years later sometime this May.

The most interesting thing was after I made this image... "Self-Disclosure"

In Fact Jelefi Beth you are reminding me more and more of that specific β€˜SacredDream’ I had 10 years ago.

Deep

Right after I made this image I was invited to a Zen Buddhist Sand Painting Display...

I understood why they released the 'Markings and Patterns' beneath water after they created such defined elegant beauty...

I honestly Had No clue what I was doing... then the answer came later...

When one arrives at the top of the hill, through the eastern stair way, a gold gilded big Vajra and Mandala of bronze is encountered. It is one of the holiest objects kept in this area. The Vajra is rested on a bronze Mandala around which twelve different animals, representing twelve months of Tibetan calendar are depicted.

It is also believed that the Vajradhatumandala is the symbolic representation of Dhyanibuddha Akshyobhya. The vajra was installed by King Pratap Malla in the middle of 17th century AD.
