Abyss Basic Information:
Height: 18-26 inches
Eats: Carnivorous
Life-Span: Immortal unless killed

Jellites are semi-aquatic species that primarily lives in the water, but are capable of coming onto land for short periods of time. They, however, cannot live on land and after prolonged periods of time without being in water they will start to die.

Jellites are mostly found in Oceans or Aquariums. However, the non-stinging kinds can be domesticated and kept as house hold pets. Abyss Jellites are too dangerous to be kept as pets in all occasions.

Abyss Jellites are a breed of Jellites that live deep in the ocean. They have claws and are almost, if not completely, blind. The most noticeable difference in the Abyss Jellites and their more common relatives are that they do not have jellyfish on them. Instead they resemble various deep sea fish, all of which are carnivorous. However their genetic structure highly resembles regular Jellites, making them a subspecies.
Abyss Jellites are also a lot more aggressive than regular Jellites, and are incapable of being domesticated.

It is extremely rare, but possible, for Jellites to have Golden Jellyfish. This is a breed that is capable of photosynthesis, and since the Jellites get all their needed nutrition from the jellies on them, they do not need to eat other organisms. These are the only kinds of Jellites that are not carnivores.

Tails on Jellites can be replaced by certain tyles of fins; IE: a sharktail or something else of the sort. This counts as a rare trait on all occasions.
Jellites are semi-transparent, just like how Jellyfish are. Abyss Jellites are transparent only if they resemble a transparent fish.
Their eyes are a solid-colour, they do not have pupils or iris's.
Jellites also do not have whiskers, or anything else of the sort.
