So heres another pic of harmonix ee im so happy to be finally posting the pictures
I've had this done for a week now but its been a long project. I love bloom and so i wanted to make the cosplay while the show is still airing The shoot was super fun we had these little kids following us as we walked around the park :3 it was so cute and they even gave me a hug. I don't think they knew i was bloom but ah who doesn't love fairies? haha ;D

wow what a talent u have . o and i noticed that the cape like thing attached to your skirt is too simple .u can apply some layers of clothes to make them more frilly ,giving u some advice ,otherwise its awesome!!!!

It's very nice and I love the bubbles and blue tint for an underwater feel, though I don't know the xharacter or show.
First thing I thought when I looked at this though was your resemblence to Willow (Alyson Hannigan) in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV Series.
A cosplay of that character or her vampire doppleganger would probably look awesome
