Sturm and Alhana were a very lovely couple for what little romantic time they were granted together. It's touching that while Alhana eventually married Portios in a political marriage and gradually learned to love him as an honest spouse, her heart always belonged and remained with Sturm, even in death. The Starjewel was a beautiful symbol of that eternal love that they shared.

this is great! i agree that there's little to no sturm/alhana art, (i disapprove of that fact) so i am glad to see it here. the art quality is high, i like the painting, i think. digital. lol.
and sturm is (next to raist, and steel) my favorite DL character ever. i just plain admire the chap. glad to see this!

Yes! It's about time there was some Sturm/Alhana fanart! I think people too often neglect this couple. Personally, Alhana is one of my favorite characters, I really look up to hear and admire her courage.
About the picture, I like all of the detail in it, especially Alhana's hair, and also I like how detailed Sturm's face is. The coloring looks really nice, I like the soft colors and lines, the Starjewel really completes it. This would also look really cool with a glowy forest-type background (I know they were never in a forest in the books, but it would still look pretty). Anyway, great job!
