Boy oh boy...This one takes a bit of explaining to do. I was super-duper excited to finally draw it, since I've had this idea for quite a while now. As if the title isn't indicative enough, it's exactly what it looks like...It's Alt 2.0 as a waitress.

The idea to draw a waitress Alt 2.0 first came about when posted the following drawings of food-themed renditions of the Alt sisters: They gave me the idea that an Alt, particularly Alt 2.0 considering as she has various other jobs in addition to being an idol (such as running the Pop'n Town train station), would make for a great waitress at a restaurant.
Then, I was chatting with on Twitter about how I imagined Alt to have a form of communication simply by making her nose squeak, and she brought up the SpongeBob episode "Squeaky Boots" where SpongeBob made his boots "squeak-talk" in a way. I joked that Alt would work as a waitress and use her squeaky nose to talk, and low-key got inspired to possibly try my hand at drawing her as a waitress...
It was not until Chilt (a BEMANI composer who also draws) drew Alt 2.0 decked out in waitress attire as part of the Pop'n Music drawing challenge on Twitter when the theme was "food" that made me set my heart on drawing a waitress Alt 2.0. Now, here we are...and I finally drew it!

This waitress outfit for Alt 2.0 was designed by me; I tried to give it a feel that really matches with Alt 2.0's whole "futuristic linear girl" aesthetic yet resembles typical waitress attire. Alt 2.0 would be the best waitress...If you weren't sure what anything on the menu was, she'd pull up an image of it on her screen so that you know what you'll be eating, and review your order with you on her screen so that you get exactly what you want each time. Then, as she's bringing the food to you, she'd honk her nose to let you know she's on her way with your delicious meal! (Haha, being able to use your nose as a horn is a benefit of squeaknosers like her~)
The sandwich she's holding is a sandwich I discovered just last night☆ You know how a BLT is bacon, lettuce, and tomato? Well, this sandwich is avocado, lettuce, and tomato...That's right, it is an ALT sandwich indeedy~!!

Ah, I would truly love it if Alt 2.0 could really be my waitress...I'd totally go to the restaurant where she's a waitress at and specifically ask for her to be my waitress.
Even cooler would be a whole Alt-themed restaurant. There IS a pizza place called Alt Pizza in Singapore, a Thai restaurant called Alt Thai in Illinois, and a restaurant in New Jersey known as Alt Eats, but those have nothing to do with her.
There are limited-time-only "character cafes" in Japan, though, and maybe if there were some BEMANI-themed ones, there could be an Alt cafe...Though it'd probably be unlikely. A Pop'n-themed restaurant which at least had one item on the menu acknowledging Alt would be enough, though~
