I thought I would make a series of drawings based on my trips across Europe, beginning with this illustration featuring Chestnut Cookie and the Colorful Paper Plane treasure.Now, what has this got to do with Europe? Well, I was in Rome and I saw a man selling chestnuts on the street with paper cones to hold them in that looked like the Colorful Paper Plane, so I got the idea to draw Chestnut boy with the treasure just playing around like the kid he is!
I am in Florence right now. I had lots of fun in Rome seeing museums, the Vatican City, the piazzas, and tasting food. I will soon have a drawing based on Florence, as well!
