The spring is on its way so Herb Cookie is here to greet it, with a buttercup in his hand!
It seems he has slipped away into a daydream as he relaxes in the grass, seeing flowers dancing through the sky.
I don't know what compelled me to want to draw Herb OR a scene like this. XD But it's always fun to design outfits for the precious boy, and I quite enjoyed making a smart springtime outfit for him here!
