My entry for the Corruption of Light art contest in Riders of Icarus.To me Torkai looks like a big puppy that I'd love to play fetch with. ^w^
Griffins are actually my favorite creatures in this game, but there aren't currently any heroic / legendary level griffs (except for Poyo) available as mounts, and no new ones from the update. But this majestic creature is definitely one of the best things that the update brought.
However, for this contest I was thinking about all the dogs I know in real life, and wanted to illustrate something more happy and carefree rather than the serious and majestic guardian that Torkai is usually seen as. I'm sure this doggy would love to play in different circumstances. :3
Well, I suppose Torkai is more of a wolf / fox than a dog, but anyway - a big puppy is a big puppy. xD

Thanks for the info! No wonder I like Torkai so much - I LOVE foxes (it always bothered me that you couldn't tame any, except for the cash shop foxes of course) ^w^
