Hehe, i found it more useful then the other specific tutorials, mainly on the tapering part.
But there is a way to put scanned pics and mspaint them.

Great tutorial for those who have trouble using paint ^.^ And it makes a seemingly crappy program (MSPaint) Into a fantastic powerful art program if used properly. Nice one ^_____^

The color you use for the sketch is traditionally called "non-photo blue" It was standard in the comics industry before color scanners and computers because when photocopied it did not show up. That way the inker could ink the drawing right on top of the pencils without any of the sketch lines showing up in the finished product.

no problem. To be honest, I'm not really sure why the habit stuck around, but meh. It can be fun to play around with non-photo blue pencils though. (and the photo copies) Lots of companies still make them.

Uhh.. You can't use this with scanned pictures, MSPaint doesn't have layers xP Sorry.
