I knew you'd make awesome chibis. You're great at everything you do.
Good use of scale. The head being notably larger is a staple of the art style you're going for and you do it well. The eyelashes create a nice popping effect against the hair. The hair itself has amazing duality. The colors are astounding. I don't know what to call the effect, ombre? I know how you did it though. Create a base color then lay out a color atop that and soften the edges to create a unique effect. Explaining it is only half the equation though. You did it spectacularly here. Her tongue sticking out, shine on the eyes, and blush all do well to illustrate the adorable atmosphere. You've done excellent. Exemplary job. Well done.

in that case... here's a trick I like to use with exclaims.
as an example I will use nuclear weapons
during world war 2 Einstein warned the U.S. that the Nazis might develop an atomic bomb. a weapon capable of breaking down matter and releasing it as a city leveling explosion (!) after words in the cold war the Hydrogen bomb was born. 67 times more powerful than the A-bomb and the U.S. and USSR had enough intercontinental ballistic missiles or ICBM to destroy all life on earth in five minutes (!)
