One day I was wondering what to draw and almost gave up - until sudden Plague Dogs -feels struck me with this idea and I needed to do it. This movie gives me way too many feelings - I love it to bits but it's so hard to watch. I've read the book too and while it's great - I like the original ending more that was used in the movie too. Yeah the book gives a happy ending but it never felt true - my headcanon has always been and will always be that there weren't any island out there, Rowf & Snitter drowned when they couldn't go on anymore and their strength gave up (no matter how much that saddens me, it's the right one to me. They go through all those hardships together, only to gain nothing out of it and eventually die - together, finally having freedom and peace. SO HORRIBLE.)

I used forget-me-nots on the pic since they have this legend where a man picked them for his lover and drowned, while shouting "Forget me not!" which was more than fitting to this, hence the theme. Also the flower's name in Finnish is "lemmikki" which means pet. So yeah, more than fitting.

I also made my roommate finally watch the movie couple nights ago and yep - it's still horrible.
Now I cry
