just one more thing I think it's better to write 'Impact' city in Japanese should be written like this:
インパクト市 or インパク市
cause インパクト <-- means only 'impac' or 'impact' but this --> インパク[ト]市 <-- is 'impaku[to] shi' = Impact city ><

or インパクト町 'Impact machi'
it means 'Impact town'
インパクト市'Impact shi' Impact city ^^
but,if I were you I would go for 'Impact shi' インパクト市' <-- this one
cause 'shi' but different kanji means 'death' in Japanese,so if the story has developed somehow,you would have a very nice name for your novel ^_^
