Well love is a trite answer and yet according to me, that’s the sum total of our existence! We are love! That’s what I care about!! But I’ve come to realize that means everything even that which is construed as negative! And truth contains many facets——a paradox with seemingly opposite characteristics within! Energy can not be created or destroyed only changed! Everything that is, is energy——which means if you or I—-everything (comprising known and the unknown) each entity—didn’t exist nothing would! Because the energy that comprises you and me will always be in some capacity ! I love humanity and often cry over the state of affairs; I pray for a better world that delivers justice and peace for all that abide on this planet! And yet there’s an intuitive voice deep within that assures me regardless of the way it seems, everything is as it’s meant to be— Love will prevail! And we are Love!

This has been a thought and theme of mine for a little while now. I really like what you're saying here. It has very deep implications for our lives, actions, for the very essence of who we are. And you are correct, 'Love' can be a seeming trite reply, but if you can fathom the application of love in our lives and what it means, it truly is the answer.

Love is kind.
There's a passage actually from the bible:
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears.
When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me.
For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
Kindness in itself is a thing which we should never undervalue. It denotes respect, regard and consideration for other people, that we value them. That we want good for their lives and the best for them. It ultimately is an expression of love.
