Uuh, I don't know really what to say about this one... I wanted to draw a creature sinking his hands into someone... And well, it turned out to be Russia again. I don't know why I get such a kick drawing Russia with these other creatures... But it works. At least for me it does.

I had started sketching this at work during downtime, did a very quick sketch about what I wanted, and notes one what I should fix (like the arm etc...). I did the sketch using the tablet later on and fixed it up, and then did the colors. This took me about 3 days (maybe 2?) to finish, because I really want it to look good... So I kept tweaking things here and there. That and the coloring took up more of the time, for sure.

I showed my coworkers the linework and they all liked it but made that "ehhh..." face. They said it was "really creepy", which was what I was aiming for, but the guys were a bit more creeped out, lol... I think it's the long tongue, even though it's not really doing anything to him, lol.

Umm, like I said, I really don't have an explanation as to why this is happening, nor a "historical" reference or anything. I suppose I just feel as if Russia is fitting for these kinds of things that I want to draw...

Anyway! I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did making it.
