I like the colors you decided to use. Makes her feel very cute. You've also got great hair going and the eyes are very well done too.
The right arm is too long though, and the arms in general need closer attention. Like how her left hand is very disproportionate to itself. (Watch the umbrella handle too)
Also her legs look like some weird tentacles. Don't be afraid to give her a little bend in the knee.

i thought about changing her dark green eyes into turquoise. then her kimono would be turquise/blue too right? black hair, turquoise eyes. thats suits better i think.
