this is kinda old, left this lying around on my desktop untouched for months and i decided to finish this once and for all
i browsed pixiv and i found this lineart by an awesome artist and i decided to colour it ^^

i can't read japanese and i think the girl's name is "nisechichi" according to the title given by the artist
correct me if i'm wrong

EDIT: thanks to ~Raimiala , this is Norio Koga from Narutaru, and Norio is MALE...who knew? LOL damn....i swear i thought this was a girl X'D

this is just colouring practice, used opencanvas at first, then switched to SAI and final edits on photoshop, phew~

gahh....3 tests next week =_= must stop drawing, gotta go back to studying...
