Ah I can't get the Different Touch VS to work for me. I don't think my PC is Aero compatible

No, i think your PC is Aero compatible.
Try to know your Aero version???
If it's X64 then the theme not workink but if X86 then maybe you have another problem.

I have a 32 bit operating system so that means I should have the x86 Aero version, right? I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I copied just the Different Touch folder to my C:/Windows/Resources/Themes folder and when I click on the Different Touch Visual Style File, it brings up the Display Properties but the Different Touch Visual Style isn't there. I tried to apply your Purple Dream Visual Style too and it wouldn't work either.

Now i understand what's the main problem.
you see,when you click Different Touch a window open name appearance.there is a problem of vista.
all visual styles name is same like windows aero or windows basic. try to apply all styles one by one & get the style.Hope, you understand.
