Description
A re-render of a scene I originally created in December 2012 after watching "Prometheus".Rendered in Poser Pro 2014, color adjustment and bloom added in Photoshop, no other postwork.
Watch it in full size - thanks!
I also re-rendered my first scene with this character and the original screen background from the movie in higher resolution and with different body morphs - view it here:

There's such a cool color contrast in this scene! I really like how this character's skin settings went out, and the cloth looks great... even if it reminds me of diapers a bit... but who knows, even a tough guy like him maybe needs them...

Diapers look similar to those in the movie, but you're right, somehow it looks funny! And thank you for liking my skin settings, usually you're not a friend of the scattering.

yes I saw the movie as well, I loved it and I decided to see it more time after.
I also wanted to tell you that Im not sure to which section of our group we shall have this nice piece because in the film we got the ideea that we were created with their dna but we dont know for sure how humanly are they so I will move this piece from 3d men models to all type yaoi folder.
On a side note good job i see u improving. keep up the good work

Awesome! I love Prometheus, and I always thought the "engineers" looked like the default Genesis model. Nice design work on the loin cloth, too!

I've heard that there will be a sequel of "Prometheus" this or next year - looking forward to it. But the character I used here is far, far away from the default Genesis model, you wouldn't believe how many morphs I used for it!

I heard that also and I can't wait! A lot of people picked it apart and hated the movie, but I loved it and can't wait to see where they take it. And yeah, I can imagine how much of a challenge it was to morph this fella. He looks great!

IMO the movie is so worth the watch, if only for the visual effects and ideas. And indeed, it was a challenge to get Genesis to this point!

I'm glad I saw it first in the theater in 3D -- the visuals and effects just blew me away! I've watched it probably three more times since and it's still just as good and inspirational.

I unfortunately have missed it in 3D, but I have it on my hard disk now. And I make sure that I won't miss the sequel!

out of interest, did you stitch the cross-section top to the side of the wrap around, or tuck it over? I've found when the avatar is that close tucking over causes the intersection, even with a low particle distance

Only the top front and the top back is stitched, with the horizontal wrap as layer 0 and the vertical wrap as layer 1 (above) - overall particle distance is 5 with the side seams of the vertical wrap set to elastic 90. (See screen of MD here: sta.sh/025gylxqrbjz )
