Little details who could help,all the pony except Twist, Dinky and Trissie are frozen by the "ghost", more explanation will come.

“Made” is past tense and incompatible with the future tense of “I’ll”

Panel 3, the line with twist saying: “No I don’t like that, maybe, it’s him who hurt our friends!” Doesn’t flow quite right.
I would suggest: “No I don’t like it! Maybe it’s him who hurt our friends!”
While technically ‘it’ and ‘that’ are being used in the same way, “I don’t like it!” is the way most people would declare that they don’t like the current situation without specifying what the ‘it’/’that’ is.

And don’t worry too much about it. Most of the time ‘it’ and ‘that’ are interchangeable.
It’s really just down to specific phrases where one can feel out of place compared to the other. And there’s no good way/general rule I can pass along to point out what those rare cases are.

To those who are confused: the nurse and the yellow pegasus are either possessed or frozen. Twist, Dinky and Trissie are not. We don't yet know why!
