What a good way to celebrate 200th Day on DA , let me pay my respects and tribute to one of the world's finest artist . Vincent Van Gogh ... If you do not know who he is : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vincent_… .

Let me just say that I was eating some sweets one day and after unwrapping the wrapper , my finger tips felt the smooth , curvy and bendy nature of the wrapper. It almost feels like a synthetic brush to me so ... why not just try it out as a painting too and see if it works . This is definitely not my first attempt , I tried to paint a couple of things and failing on the way , so do i give up ? Not a chance !

After trying to play around with wrappers for a good 2 weeks or so , I am roughly getting the gist of it and hence started to paint complete paintings and then finally , attempting at this master piece , the starry night . Yes its not 100% exactly as the original one as you know .. its blind arts . I hope you guys like this painting as much as I do . There are some colors and strokes which I changed according to my preference ,lets just say that this is my version of starry night ..
Thank you sweet wrapper , I have a new found respect for you .
