So , I had this Sky tree painting that was done sometime back and its not selling yet . Purpose of me painting that tree is for a friend who was sick for weeks and its sort of like a get well soon well wishing tree if you call it . As my walls are almost covered with all my paintings , I had to start to clear them .

To sell this piece of tree which is kind plain jane looking despite the clouding back ground which I am totally fall in love with , its not enough . I do not sell arts for like $10 or $20 , so what do I have to do to make it sell at least for a hundred bucks without altering the original picture . I will not hurry myself over it , I took some time to think about it . Ideas come in here and there while I was walking my dog , eating dinner , rolling and tossing around the bed etc etc . The next day , boom , here it comes. This is a painting of a Trio of trees which is slightly different from each other despite having almost the same appearance and thus I called it , Tree-O as its meant to be different . I hope you can spot the differences besides the background . Now when you combine the 3 of them as 1 Painting , it feels a whole lot different isn't it

Some folks are kind shy to ask on my journal entry and still drop me notes on about how to up the value of their arts or high to get more sales price . This is one example of what I did for this artwork and so I thought I will just share with you guys . To me , an artist is not about just improving your skills and that's it , there is so much more to it and you will have to get out of your comfort zone and explore . Its like , I have to come up with the idea of this 3 in 1 frame too to compliment these 3 artworks . Things like this you do not learn in art schools .... You have to experience it !

Conclusion , do not give up on your arts ! Do not dump your arts in a lonely and dark corner and let it just get "Condemn" and "Forgotten" . I am really sad to see people giving up arts due to bad reviews or shitty comments they receive especially here on DA. My advise is , if i you think it does not feel and look good , make it better and I am pretty sure that there is always room for improvement . Give yourself and your art a second chance
