you just need to find a theme that uses the default flag.works with windows classic style and the default luna theme.
explorer.exe is located at your windows folder
note about the screenshot my video card has a problem it always displaying a random artifact sorry.
updated icon,bitmaps modded with longhorn icons
credits for xpize for the taskbar bitmaps and
the flag resource belongs to longhorn 4074 explorer.exe

well i modified that u gave the windows xp sp3 explorer (Without the vista resource)
no not only the flag look at the icon resource u will see some of my created icons and the original longhorn icon
