I'd like to say that I am not a visual artist, and am much more inclined towards the literary arts, this is just what I observe from an untrained eye.
The landscape is very appropriate. A cave is not the most unique setting but the being in the center bouncing light off a very cold feeling cave making the whole room glow blue for a more ambient ambiance makes up for any lacking. As for the idea itself, I will say that it is not the most original idea to have a lone figure standing aloof in a desolate setting, but you did do it well. The style works well with the idea. I can see on the stones where you used repetitive lines to create a sense of dimension, give it a sense of depth. I've been told that this technique is reminiscent of amateur art but I don't really care in this case. Depth was important in this work and the lines did the trick. Overall I like this piece alot.

No problem I enjoy doing them. I would've liked to write more, though I was sorta being dragged out of my house at the moment
