99.9% of the time there is no trashyes this is a serious matter don't judge me.
EDIT: I know there is a rare chance that a trash can will have something in it, as many people pointed out. (hence why I said 99.9% and not 100%).
Trash locations:
Liberty Garden(ultra ball) - This is the island you can catch Victini at. Although I've heard that the Liberty Pass will only be available for a limited time, so that means access to Liberty Garden and the elusive Trash Can may be limited as well!
Village Bridge(leftovers) - Coming from route 11 go south and to the right. Although I wouldn't count this as an official trash can. It looks like a burn bin! AND I'm pretty sure that Koontz is a hobo and that's actually his throw up you just grabbed.
Driftveil City(PP UP) - Near the Cold Storage there is a trash can with PP UP in it.
Have you found trash in any other location? Tell me if you have!

I know what happens to all the trash....It comes to life and walks of into the wild as Trubbish. Why else do you think Unova is so far the only region with rubbish pokemon.

I imagine in all the other regions they dump their trash in the oceans, and it floats to Unova, and there it manifests as mutated garbage nightmare pokemon.
