Great representation of them before their Face Turn, so to speak. It was really interesting seeing their development over the series.

I actually remember one episode where Paul broke out of his character (after the show, mind you) and he said something along the lines of "I'm actor, but I can change back into Bulk at any moment!!!.".

What would have happened if they got their own ranger powers?

There was an episode that had a dream sequence where they got powers, but this is the best they could do for costume dept.Β

I met Paul Schrier (Bulk) at a Con once, he was very nice. We talked about all the shows he was in and even posed for pictures. He even recorded a voice mail message for me in character.

Yeah I'm doing a con in April and they will both be there. This was a piece done for the show advertisment etc. Can't wait to meet these guys. MMPR was HUGE in my adolescence.Β

Me too. They are the unsung heroes of the early american tokusatsu genre.Β

And they are among the few LIKABLE comedy reliefs because they are given character growth throughout the first six seasons.

First four, anyway. Turbo and Space made them regress in character, but they at least got one final shining moment in Space's finale.

Man, I practically cried during the finale because of them! They came a long way from the high school doofuses they once were.

YES! So glad to hear they played such an extensive role in the Rangers Universe. They turned out alright. <3

Yeah not too bad all things considered. I thought after the first season of getting bested by the teens/rangers that they would have set all their homes on fire in frustration.Β
