This is very cool! I really like how everything has a different texture. Your style is like a neat hybrid between the cartoony expressiveness of Wind Waker and the gritty action of Twilight Princess.

This is a great piece. The combination of the clean look of the lines with the way you've colored each individual thing (like the grainy look to the walls and floor) come out really nice and makes the picture look very interesting without being cluttered or messy.
As for what you could have done to make it better I notice three things which are off...
The first being the box-like thing to the left of Link's hip. While it's minor it looks as though it's sitting a bit weird on the floor (though due to me not playing my copy of TP that much I don't really know if its even something which is supposed to be sitting). Another little detail on that is on the top of it where it curves the coloring on the wall is off. Not much of a problem though.
Next is the snake, the only thing is you could have found a better way to draw the eye so it would look like it's been killed, withthe eye like that it almost looks as though he's bored and lying on the floor.
The final thing is the grated platform, it looks as though it's not too sturdy and possibly on an odd angle, my guess is this is partly because of the way the grate pattern was drawn, or even because of the angle you drew the platform at.
All in all those things are minor and should not discourage you, and even though you don't have to by my guess you could easily fix them if you took this back into photoshop.
Also while this is kind of random praise I really like the slant on the wall and skull tower, at well at the look of the gates/doors, those really look made of wood.
And finally yes, I think it would be great as a print, for some reason I want to put everything on a mug, but that's just me... Although I doubt the resolution is high enough to make a normal sized poster (which are usually about 14 inches wide or larger I think) fans of the series would probably love to find a spot on their wall for this.

The poses are great as is the coloring. The only thing that looks funny to me is the grate thing where the door is. It doesn't look proportional. Other wise it's great!

It's great, but, Link is left-handed. But, this could be a scene from Twilight Princess on the Wii, which is mirrored from the Gamecube version, so it's still appropriate.
