What's weird is, barring Damian who is crouching, Jason looks like he's the smallest in the picture but is the tallest of the lot.

Great Pic! But I just have a few question. I'm familiar with Nightwing and Batgirl but who are the other two characters. Is the green mask Robin the current Robin? and Why wasn't the Arkham City Robin included in this pic?

The batman in Arkham city is Time drake before he became Red Robin

The one on the left is Jason Todd, the second Robin, who ended up becoming The Red Hood. The third one down the line is Tim Drake, the third Robin, who ended up becoming Red Robin. And yes, the one in the green mask is the current Robin, Damian Wayne.
