7 years back i watched and episode of it and part of a Star Trek TNG.... got the two mixed up in my brain and will now finally straighten it out, wish me luck!

I love this piece of art. I especially love that the layout and the numbers make it resemble a clock, but at the same time it's a clock that's as wonky as the Doctor himself. Was that intentional?
