Jeremiah Redburn, former HECU marine who received Disability Discharge, got a new job (Thanks to his sister's help) at Black Mesa as security instructor while being confined to a wheelchair.People in the photo with him:

While the picture is nicely posed and all I find it hard to believe someone with a bodily handicap would be able to get a security related job unfortunately. Mainly due to the fact that he wouldn't be fast enough for such a job.
Other than that it's a great image.
