How to use it? Go in the journal skin (Edit skin) and in the form Skin CSS (on top or bottom) add these lines
a:link {cursor:url(REPLACE WITH CURSOR LINK), pointer;}
a:hover {cursor:url(REPLACE WITH CURSOR LINK), pointer;}
body {cursor:url(REPLACE WITH CURSOR LINK), pointer;}
to obtain the cursor link, right click on the image -> copy image url
