“You two look great!” said Sarah, feasting on the eye candy that was Breann’s new form. “You sure are lucky I’m a tailor. You wouldn’t be able to get clothes like these anywhere else, let alone for free.” “And you’re lucky that we’re patient enough to let you take all our measurements and gawk at our figure for hours,” said Breann’s right head. “Oh, c’mon Bree One. It was fun and you know it.”
“Do you have to call us One and Two?” moaned Breann’s left head. “I’m already struggling to get used to this. It’s not helped by calling me ‘number two’. It’s degrading.” “But you ARE ‘number two’,” said Breann One. “I was here first.” “Yeah, I don’t need a reminder, thanks. I have all your memories, I’m just as much you as you are.” "Well, I’m the original.”
As the two Breanns argued back and forth, Sarah couldn’t help but feel sorry for Bree Two. She wasn’t adapting well to being a former reflection brought into the material world. This frequently put her in a bad mood, not helped by the fact that a reminder was always by her side. Bree One was also struggling a bit, though this was mostly due to her inability to use a mirror anymore. Fortunately Two still retained some of the basic traits of a reflection, always looking exactly like a reflected One even when she had makeup on.
“Bre One, maybe it’s a better idea to use different names,” Sarah interjected. “She’s got enough on her plate without us constantly bringing up that she’s the second one.” “Well what do you suggest?” asked One. “It’d better not be Bre and-” “BRE AND ANN! That’s great!” exclaimed Two. “You can be Bre and I’ll be Ann. Makes perfect sense.” “Do we have to? That seems so cliche,” groaned Bre. “How many other conjoined twins do you know personally who have split names like that?” asked Sarah, to which Bre had no reply. “Bre and Ann it is then!” said Ann, smiling. “I like that a lot better.”
“I love it,” said Sarah. She paused. “What say we go out and meet up with the girls tonight? You’ve gotta go public eventually and you’ve got the clothes for it now.” Bre and Ann turned away from Sarah to do a “group huddle”, murmuring at each other for a few seconds. Then they turned to face Sarah again.
“We’d rather just go out with you, Sarah,” Bre said. The twins both smiled and Sarah’s heart took flight.
I’m posting this, my 100th deviation, on the same day I’ve received my 200th watcher. Thanks a ton, everyone!

Needs a third one where, now that they've become individuals, they each gain their own reflection... though they'd understandable avoid being too close to mirrors from that point on.
