I actually wishing to have windows 8.1 since it's actually updated and it allows to play Minecraft.

Then you will need to activate it using phone method. For costless, I encourage you using Skype.
Call +448000188354 , choose "Home user" by pressing 1, then follow their instructions to activate it.
IMPORTANT: Change your key before activate it using phone method.
