She ask me to draw Blizzard. Sorry if I let you wait for too much time for this cause I was so busy at school and stuff thingy. But anyway, here ya go. I used the idea from this one.

Yay! Blizzard looks cute! I dont care about the color line, the art still cool and beautiful! i really like the expression of the face, I love the background! Specially the background because you make it about the characters caulities and that make the art more cool! As always I love the eyes! I really want to learn how you make them! Bad of my luck the Photoshop doesn't work more on my computer hehe. i love this puffed version hehe is his teen form but puffed! Please make more more! I really like the way that you did the lines. It really pops out the real power-puff effect.
The power energy you gave it just makes it POP out even more, the shade and effort really payed off from his power.
I like how the power ball makes his head chin part (lol) pop out like he was really holding it. It just makes the whole piece come to life!
The eye sparkle could've been lightened, making the effect of his energy more effective from his eyes shimmering and you just leaving the viewer amazed.
I really like the way you shaded the whole hair and stuff because it gives it a little more feel into the piece.
