this is a layered base! each character in the base has their own line art, color, and eye layers. every layer is sorted into folders, and named in order to help users keep track of what layer is what.

the base comes in PSD and IPV format! PSD is compatible with most art programs that use layers. IPV is compatible with only Ibispaint (to my knowledge). this base is not compatible with MS Paint. a PNG including the base rules is provided upon purchase, please ensure you download it and read it before using the base.

i may release a flat version of this base for free use later on, but for now it is only available through purchase.
