a way i do it is to just take a break and do something new for about 3 days or so and then see if i have any ideas

Music is a big thing for me when I get art block. Usually I draw something that is inspired by a song, it helps me set a mood that makes drawing the rest of the image easier!

I guess it's normal for your style to change. Constantly drawing the same things is boring, so it's normal to try new styles
Don't force yourself to continue a piece if you're not motivated to. It's okay to take a break sometimes. Artblock's annoying but it happens to every single artist on this earth xD Don't worry, you will get out of it ^^
