Description Chapter 1 – Introduction

Long ago when the 5 Kingdoms still exist, there lives a young prince. He was called Prince Jeromnimbo. He was the son of the highest King among the 5 Kingdoms. He was destined to take the throne of his father.

After the 2nd Great War, Prince J seems none existent. It was said that he teleported to another world through the Portals of Existence. Some said he died during the war. Some said that the guardians took him away. Nonetheless, most say those stories were myths.

There was, in the matter of fact, something true that happened during the war. Instead of fighting The Evil Lord Franco, there was indeed another battle. A battle between the folks of 5 Kingdoms and the touched ones. Alas, no one recorded or even heard of this battle during and after the war. No one really knew what the outcome of that battle was.

One thing the historians in the 5 Kingdoms do know is that Prince J was in that battle with the touched. But as far as the historians concern, the story ends without an ending. So, the truth might be one of the myths.

After thousand miles of walking he finally reached a village. He could barely walk anymore. He was dehydrating. He should have been dead days ago, but it seems to be much stronger than any other folks.

“Help…” he asked lady, who was fetching a pail of water at the well. “W-waterrrr…” He fainted.

As he woke up, he realized that he was on a plank bed. The bed was in a hut. And in the hut were nothing else but the plank bed and a old wooden table.

“You’ve awoken,” exclaimed the woman, who seems to be the lady at the well. “Here, drink this.” The lady handed him a bowl of water.
“Who are you?” she asked.

As he was gulping in the water, he realized he has no memory of himself. He put down the bowl of water on the table and stood up. He was staring at the door as if he thought it was a dream that he could just run out of the door and wake up. He pushed open the door but to his disappointment, there were nothing else out there except for that well. He wasn’t waking up either.

“I have no idea who am I, ma’am.”

It was night. It would have been pitch dark if not for the moon’s florescent light. The lady thought she heard howls as if the wolves and missing something or somebody. Little did she know, the howls came from that stranger she housed this morning.

The howls grew stronger as she walks closer to the forest nearby. Armed with just an oil lamp and a dagger, she was curious. The deeper she walked into the forest the howls became louder. Soon, the howling became growls. And growls became roars. To a folk’s ear, those were roars. But to someone with the Sight, it was a scream of a touched one.

The closer the lady got to the sound, the louder the roar is. Suddenly, out of the darkness sprang forth a werewolf. It attacked the lady even when the lady stabbed it a few times with her dagger. She screamed and the rest of the villagers came to the rescue.

Knowing that it could not match hundred of villagers armed with pikes and hoes, it fled into the darkness. The villagers saw the furry figure flee from the lady and they started throwing rocks at it. Soon, it was no where to be seen among the villagers.

“Are you okay lady?” one of the villagers asked.

“Yes!” she replied in between her sobs and fear.

“What was that?”

“A-a-a werewolf I think,” she stuttered her words.

“But all our villagers are out here now!” exclaimed another villager.

“It must have been the stranger I housed today.”

“Who is he?”

“I don’t know. He couldn’t even remember his name. But he kept saying these words while he was still asleep this morning,” she explained.

“What words?”

“S-S-Severus I-Irongaard.”
