This halloween drawing is inspired by one of my favorite movies of all time, and the intense similarities it shares between the lives/relationship of Raeleeta and myself.

*cue flashback*
For a long while I've felt rather uneasy with who I was and the name I was developing for myself. I've always felt paranoid that people don't apprectiate me for who I really am, they just like me because I'm 'jerridiot' and they like anything I do just because I do it and not because it's worthy of people's attention or praise. I've contemplated changing things about myself... or cutting back drastically on my art in hopes of finding some other calling for myself. Eventually I just decided that making art is what I really enjoyed and the only thing I could ever see myself being somewhat good at... so I'm sticking with it, and making art for myself. I'm doing what I love for myself... and whoever likes me and their reasons for why they do is their own business.

Anyways, towards the end of this silly self discovery, I found happiness in Raeleeta. She drives me to be all that I can be. She's become my muse... giving me inspiration to do what I'm passionate about, and she makes me feel like what I do is worth something.
