I was originally going to post this into scraps, but I figured meh, why not ? and dumped it here for strangers to see whilst being directed to my profile by a couple of you's amazing friends whoring me around right now (thank you)
anyways yeah, before you throw staplers, scanners, or pickle jars at my head please note that this was an experiment of mine.
I wanted to see if I could paint a detailed portrait on photoshop with my tablet using 100% opacity and flat colors. The thing about tablets is they're very pressure sensitive, so presumably you could shade things in like you would with ballpoint. This was my attempt. A LOT HARDER THAN BALLPOINT, but still the same effect.

some of their shows are intense, some are meehhhhh.
It all depends on your luck of the draw. I went to one and had a blast, and then I went to another and was dissapointed.

Well I do like them, but really getting into it at 2 p.m., in the bright sunlight...not so much. However, there was a pretty checkered bass being played *o*

bright sunlight at 2 p.m can kill most anything.
Tragic.
Indoors venues are better for that, but usually get upsettingly congested.

yeah, I saw him at ToC... but he was kind of a prick, he was too famous to come talk to me. So I talked to Jepha instead and gave him a picture of Bert to give to him for me.
