Hi there Bob! Thank you. I think it took me 30 hours or less on this one. As for the layers, there are a bunch of it because I organized each sections with layers (eyes, lips, face, hair and so on). It can also help me to hide and lock some parts that I've already finished. You can check some links on the description, I've uploaded some screenshots and video demo of my progression.
