One day in the new town of Shang Tu called Techron, there is a ruler of the Shang Tu named Royal Magister who slowly walked from his Town Hall to the Shang Tu Cafe. Zephyr sees the guest customer entered the cafe, "Hello, your majesty. Something to drink?" Zephyr greeted Royal Magister who prepared to sit down on the stool near the table counter. "No, but I got something for you to post up." Royal Magister replied and gave Zephyr a wanted poster.

"More trouble in these parts, huh? I swear... Thought it couldn't get any worse after that last creep rode in." Zephyr said and went to post up a wanted poster that targeted the Super Angel Shiba Inu with the Light Element, "Okay, what's your clever moniker... Red, huh... Striker Red... Don't look all that scary to me." Zephyr said when he fearlessly stared at Striker Red Wanted Poster.

In the world of Shang Tu, Striker Red rides his magic carpet to travel to the new town and then he stops his magic carpet when he encountered someone. "Fancy meeting you here, partner!" The V-Droid on the magic carpet said, "Aww, why the long face? Reckoned you'd be relieved to finally put this life on the lam behind you! Honestly, a little gratitude would be appreciated." The V-Droid said and came down from his magic carpet.

"Come on, let's do this proper. Can't have Avalician casting aspersions on the great bounty hunter Victop. No sir, never let it be said he shot an unarmed man in cold blood." Victop said and walked a little step, "How many times we done danced this dance now?" Victop said and Striker also came down from his magic carpet, then Victop chuckles. "It's almost like saying goodbye to a lover. The bard had it right..." Victop said and pointed his Shining Uzi V at Striker.

" "Parting is such sweet sorrow!" " Victop shouted and dared to challenge Striker in a gun shooting duel which Striker accepted, so Striker must bravely fight against Victop the Red Neo Victory Android with the Light and Metal Element in a gun shooting duel challenge.
