Assuming that your "all good Translyvanians have some of his blood in them" to be true, that would then imply that they are all related. Assuming that there are those who married other "good" Translyvanians married, that would mean you have people who were already related via blood marrying. The children of such a union could technically be considered to be the result of inbreeding, somthing which is frowned on for various reasons nowadays.
